Dr. Jordan's principal scholarly interests are in ethics, the philosophy of religion, and a group of writers known as "the Inklings" (C. S. Lewis, J. R. R. Tolkien, Charles Williams, and Owen Barfield are the central figures). He regularly teaches courses on all of these topics, and has led multiple Inklings-themed study abroad trips. Jordan is a happily married father of six (!), a passionate fan of Cleveland sports, and a pretty decent cook.
